      This tiny RC aircraft is absolutely incredible, with gyro-stability in 6axis, elevator/aileron/rudder/throttle control it really does fly like a full size acro, it struggles with knife-edge flight because the rudder travel is limited but you can do pretty much everything else with a full acro plane, I managed a hand launch and catch on my first flight. The fact it comes with its own transmitter but it can also bind to my tx16s is also fantastic! If you are looking for a trainer or first plane, then this is definitely your best choice. I think pro's will love it too as it can be flown in manual mode as well as beginner and medium modes too.

      Ottimo acquisto veramente soddisfatto appena arrivato provato subito nel campo davanti casa eccezionale nella modalità giroscopio che permette di recuperare il veivolo in qualsiasi momento molto stabile anche con vento di 30 km unico problema è talmente potente e veloce che si rischia di perderlo in altezza in pochi secondi diventa cosi piccolo da non riconoscere la posizione delle ali . Si apprezza la qualità dell' aereo a meno di mezzo motore veramente ottimo .

        Ish. Condensation from wet grass beads up on the foam so if you don’t wipe the moisture off after flying and before storing, be prepared to see distortion in the foam. Definitely not waterproof for water landings. Hope this helps.

        The 550 or 600mm p-51 has a rudder linked steerable rear wheel. XK is the brand, it’s a way bigger bird than the volantix or eachine 400mm line. Also very easy and satisfying to fly.

        As per Meginu, it has a full battery control circuit. The power drops at a certain voltage for reduce throttle and full flight controls. if you persist !! The motor will cut at the next voltage level BUT it retains full flight controls allowing a powered off (controlled-cough) landing. Great machine for the price.

        To my knowledge only obtainable in mode two. I have overcome the problem by the purchase and use of an open Tx. Great because there are no dead spots and opens up greater possibilities with the model AND I get to fly mode one. The open Tx allows the loading of several models and I only need to carry one transmitter.

        The original battery is a 400 mAh one. That's close to the 500 mAh one that you are using now so it should be OK; no much difference. Most importantly, when using a significantly heavier battery: you need to check the temperature of the motor. It's OK if it feels slightly hot. If it's burning hot, you're in trouble. Placing a heavier battery at the same place as the original one, changes the center of gravity of the plane. The flight controller will compensate but there is a limit. If you get in trouble with the stability, maybe shift the heavier battery a bit rearwards. Compare the position of the center of gravity with the original battery and with the heavier one. A heavier plane will fly faster, so crashes will have dearer consequences.
