Arrived within 7 days and was well packaged. I'd seen review videos of this PC but still was still shocked how small and light the machine is. It came factory sealed and when setting it up for the first time, Windows asked me for my account credentials to get online (as it should). Due to reports of Malware infested AceMagic machines, I checked the Windows licence and deep scanned the PC with Bitdefender. Licence was genuine and scans came back clean. Even under Windows 11 the machine is quite zippy. Installed Botocera and was surprised how much performance I could get from this machine. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase. I got it for a great price and had no issues.

jab2 VIP4ZA16/05/2025The factory packaging is very good, protecting the product. It is very compact and small for the specifications. I have not used it yet, but from online reviews, it should be a blast to use. The 12V power needs make it easy to use this as a built-in computer in a van or RV.
