There are three pins, and you can connect the center+left, or center+right, or leave the jumper off. Those are the three modes. One of the modes makes the relays lock on, but only one relay at a time. As a note, if the power to the board is off, all relays are off. When you give power to the board, it doesn't remember what relay was on last, and it leaves them all off until you push a button on the transmitter. After that, there will always be one of the relays on, until you turn off power to the board again.
